Daria Khitsenko is a Program Director at Accell Group, a KKR-backed bicycle manufacturer, where she leads a global outsourcing transformation and a value-engineering programme across the company's manufacturing network, both built from the ground up and reporting at Board level. She spent the thirteen years before that at British American Tobacco, most recently directing a GBP 250M global packaging category spanning 50 factories. Across both roles, Daria has built procurement and supply chain capability in environments with very different starting points — one enterprise-scale and process-mature, the other lean and built from a blank page — giving her a distinctive, practitioner's view on what manufacturing and supply chain organisations actually need at each stage of maturity.
