Yelli Ayala is a senior global operations leader with over 20 years of experience across continuous improvement, R&D, consumer science, quality, compliance, and supply chain management within the FMCG industry. Originally from Venezuela, she holds a Master’s degree in Quality, Environment and Business Management from Simón Bolívar University. She currently serves as SVP Group – Operational Excellence, OHS & CAPEX at AGRANA, where she leads global initiatives to drive operational efficiency, optimize capital investments, and strengthen safety and quality standards across multiple regions. Prior to joining AGRANA, Yelli was VP – Global Head of Continuous Improvement at olam food ingredients (ofi) in Amsterdam, where she led large-scale operational transformations focused on governance, leadership, and capability building, delivering significant productivity and margin improvements. Her earlier career includes senior roles in PMO, portfolio management, and R&D at leading multinational companies in both Europe and Latin America, including Procter & Gamble and Reckitt. Yelli is known for her strategic mindset, strong execution capabilities, and passion for building high-performing, multicultural teams. She brings deep expertise in translating consumer insights into innovative products and driving sustainable business growth through operational excellence.
