Ella Howells is a Global Manufacturing Excellence Programme Manager at Diageo, with over 10 years’ experience in industry. After starting her career in Oil & Gas, she moved into the premium drinks sector, building experience across engineering leadership, project delivery and Manufacturing Excellence. In her current role, Ella leads the development and deployment of Vertical Start-Up across major capital projects globally, bringing Engineering, Operations and Manufacturing Excellence together to de-risk start-up and accelerate operational performance. She is passionate about developing people and translating strategy into practical execution on the shop floor.
