Burak Öçgüder is an Industrial Engineer with experience across production quality and operational excellence. He began his manufacturing career gaining hands-on experience in production quality, where he developed a practical understanding of factory operations, process discipline, quality standards, and problem solving. Today, Burak works in Operational Excellence at one of Festo’s plants in Manisa, Türkiye. His current work focuses on lean management, production system development, process standardization, digital shopfloor practices, and continuous improvement. He works closely with operations and support functions to support structured improvement activities and the daily application of operational standards in a growing manufacturing environment.
