Marcelo Navarro is an operations and supply chain executive with more than 25 years of international manufacturing experience at Jaguar Land Rover, PepsiCo, CNH Industrial, ZF Group, and Hughes Network Systems, across Brazil, the UK, and EMEA. He has carried four plant programmes from empty building into series production and led two post-acquisition integrations, with P&L accountability up to USD 500M and workforces of around 2,500. Most recently, he led supply chain, procurement, regulatory, and operational excellence across EMEA at Hughes Network Systems. He advises industrial and technology businesses on manufacturing and supply chain operations.
