Throughout his career, Radu has held senior leadership roles at global companies including Novelis, Orica, and LafargeHolcim, working across industries such as metals, cement, explosives, and medical technology. He has led large-scale manufacturing operations, transformation programs, and the implementation of digital and data-driven solutions, consistently delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and safety. Known for his pragmatic, hands-on approach and strong people focus, Radu builds high-performing teams, develops talent, and fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
