Peter Seitel is with MERCK since 1992 and started in the business unit Electronic Chemicals with several functions in product and key account management. After different stations in the whole process chain (SCM, Warehousing, Production Supply , Downfilling and Distribution) he is actually leading the program office for the organic production in Darmstadt. In this function he drives forward the transformation regarding culture of safety, trust and leadership.   His passion is supply chain since more than 30 years - starting in front of the customer, understanding requirements of the business - Teamwork throughout the process chain and solution-orientated networking with interface partners. Out of Merck he was a passionate semi-professional football-player and coach. Peter is married since 30 years, one son, one daughter and two grandsons and sports (also tennis) is still a main part of his life.
