Today, he leads global category supply chain strategy and planning for reduced risk products at Philip Morris International, shaping IBP, network and portfolio decisions across 80+ regulated markets, and 17 production sites including external manufacturing and EMS partners. He aligns commercial ambition, financial targets and operational capacity through IBP at global category level. Cagatay holds an Executive MBA from IMD.
