Carlos de Castro is the Head of Global Quality at Specialized Bicycle Components, the most innovative bicycle brand, where innovation translates into performance that riders can rely on and enjoy. He has a strong background in both operational and executive quality roles, most recently leading transformations in ABB and previously at Honeywell and Philips. His career has been truly global, driving quality across the Americas and Europe, and fostering close collaboration with factories and supply partners in Asia. Carlos is an assessor for the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) and is passionate about innovation and technology to make a lasting positive difference in people’s lives.
