Emanuela Genua is Plant Operations Director at Stellantis’ Pomigliano d’Arco plant, where she leads Production, Quality and Logistics. She has over 15 years of experience across automotive, aerospace and e-commerce operations, leading complex industrial transformations, production ramp-ups and cross-functional organizations. Before joining Stellantis, she led the national sustainability transformation roadmap for Amazon Italy’s last-mile operations, driving the strategy, piloting and scaling of programs in zero-emission delivery, energy efficiency and waste management. Earlier, at GE Aviation, she led the industrialization and production ramp-up of the LEAP combustor before expanding her scope to the entire Hot Modules value stream, with responsibility for manufacturing engineering, new product industrialization, technology roadmaps, capacity expansion and cost-reduction programs. Emanuela holds an Executive MBA and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Expert. Her current focus is on preparing people and organizations to successfully lead the next generation of industrialization and manufacturing transformation.
