Material Science Engineer with an MBA and a Master’s in Industrial and Business Management focused on lean manufacturing, with 20 years of international experience in heavy industry across Brazil, the U.S., Korea, China, and Sweden. Over the last four years in Sweden as Global Head of Quality Development at Volvo CE, I have supported product introductions, process development, and factory digitalization with a strong focus on structured production systems, sustainable performance, and safe and healthy work environments, and I currently lead the manufacturing workstream for the new excavator factory introduction in Sweden.
